All listings are deduplicated and expire automatically after 72 hours if not refreshed, so you never see stale roles.

You can request a full export of your data or deletion of your account at any time from your account settings — deletion is processed within 30 days.
Yes — on Professional and Executive plans, you can connect your WhatsApp number to your CVPly account and manage your entire job search from WhatsApp. You'll receive job match notifications directly in the chat, and can reply to apply, choose which CV to use, request a CV rewrite for a specific role, or check your credit balance — all without opening a browser. CVPly was founded in 2024 by a team of product designers, engineers, and HR professionals who had seen first-hand how inefficient the hiring process was — on both sides. Candidates spent hours tailoring CVs for every application. Recruiters sifted through hundreds of irrelevant submissions. We set out to fix both problems simultaneously.

We built our CV builder on thousands of real, human-written CVs across every industry and seniority level, ensuring every CV produced is grounded in what actually works in the job market — not generic, one-size-fits-all templates. And for recruiters, we built the applicant management tools we always wished existed: a clean ATS, psychometric screening, and real candidate intelligence in one place.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using CVPly, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use CVPly.

3. Permitted Use

CVPly is licensed for personal or business use in accordance with your subscription tier. You may not resell, sublicense, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.

4. Credits & Subscriptions

Individual subscriptions are credit-based. Credits are allocated monthly and roll over according to your plan tier. Annual subscriptions include a bonus month of credits on sign-up. Credits have no cash value and cannot be refunded. Agency subscriptions are billed monthly or annually and cover usage within the stated limits.

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you submit (profile data, CV content). You grant CVPly a limited licence to use this content solely to provide the service. CVs built using our platform are provided to you for your personal use.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

CVPly provides the platform "as is". We do not guarantee employment outcomes. CVs built using our platform are tools to assist you — final responsibility for accuracy rests with you.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we retain minimal data required for legal compliance for up to 7 years, after which all data is permanently deleted.

CVPly uses cloud infrastructure with servers in the EU and UK. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, we ensure adequate safeguards are in place (Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent).
